The Adnate

This 9.8m x 3.4m fibreglass pool in Hamptons Blue was installed on the second level terrace of The Adnate hotel located in the centre of Perth at 900 Hay Street.

The pool was installed in mid-2019 on the terrace, which sits to the left of the 27-storey hotel tower. The outdoor pool is adjacent to The Adnate’s cocktail bar and offers views of the Perth skyline for swimmers.

Two integrated stainless steel ladders were installed for easy access in and out of the pool. The heating equipment ensures that guests can enjoy the pool all year round. A unique feature of this project is the location of the resort’s plant room, which is located 5m above the pool.

The pool has a constant depth of 1.5m and 7 LED lights feature along one wall. The floors below the pool terrace level consist of retail outlets.

The stunning location and unique design led to the pool winning SPASA WA’s Gold medal for Commercial Fibreglass Pools up to $250,000 at the 2020 Awards of Excellence event.
