Custom size shells can be produced at our Jandakot manufacturing facility by splicing together fibreglass sections to create a one-piece shell. If road width restrictions apply, the shells can be flanged together onsite. Inlays are added to the mould to create a recess over the joints, enabling them to be neatly concealed by colour-matched mosaic tiles laid flush with the adjoining surfaces. We have completed several commercial fibreglass projects using this splice pool method, particularly in remote areas in the North where access is difficult and not suitable for a concrete pool installation.
