Designed to take in its coastal surroundings and act as a feature in its own right, this Georgievski Valentina swimming pool is viewable from much of the Hillarys abode it is attached to.
Refined concrete pavers border the 8.4m by 4m geometric design with Crystalite Twilight surface finishing.
An extended bench seat along one side, inconspicuous side-entry steps, a hidden solar blanket box, heating and top-quality fencing put the icing on the cake.
Speaking to New Homes, Aqua Technics Marketing Manager Maree Voss said the Georgievski Valentina design was the clear favourite among the company’s range.
“The owners created a contemporary pool area to match the modern architecture of their home,” she said.
“The geometric lines of the pool are in sync with the straight lines of the house and the colour of the pool headers and surrounding concrete aggregate blend seamlessly with the render finish.
“The pool has the safest and healthiest swimming water available, using Delta UV ultraviolet sanitisation.”
Ms Voss said the project involved overcoming space restrictions.
“The pool’s instalment required soil to be removed in the backyard, with the pool being moved into the area via a crane over the house,” she said.
