Harmony takes home the gold at APSP International Awards of Excellence

The Aqua Technics Harmony swimming pool was recently awarded Gold in the Residential Fibreglass Pools category at the APSP International Awards of Excellence, held in Orlando, USA.

The APSP International Awards of Excellence program recognizes and rewards installations of pools, spas, hot tubs, and water features that showcase the most beautiful and creative work in the industry. Hundreds of entries are submitted each year, representing member firms across the United States and around the world. (apsp.org)

The Harmony provides a modern and geometric design for contemporary outdoors spaces. At 2.5m wide by 7m long, it is ideal for this particular home, offering plenty of room for swimming and relaxing. Unobtrusive twin side entry steps greet swimmers as they enter the pool area from the living room, or directly from the master bedroom creating the perfect retreat.

Modern square edge headers and textured pavers highlight the sharp lines and geometric shape of the pool. A decked bench seat has been built at one end of the pool, which allows the owners to store their pool blanket roller, so that it can be out of the way and does not obstruct the nature of the pool.

Frameless glass fencing provides a clear view of the pool from inside the home. The pool has been installed right up close to a detached pavilion with a matching timber deck creating a sense of destination. Equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a lounge area, this offers the perfect place for poolside entertaining or relaxing.

This Harmony has been made to order in a Capella finish, one of the colours available in the Starlight Series from Pool Colour Guard. It looks stunning against the colours of the surrounding landscape, and shines brilliantly at dusk. The light pine coloured decking is a seamless match to the complete area and blends with the lush green foliage in the surrounding gardens. The use of a variety of tropical plants surrounding the pool provides the perfect contrast in colour.

Model: Saint-Remy Pool + Spa Combination

Includes: Standard installation, Stat fees, Crystalite ColourGuard surface finish, EvoHeat Active-i 17kw heat pump

Comp Terms & Conditions:

The prize only applies to an Aqua Technics Saint-Remy 7.6m x 3.6m fibreglass pool valued $45,278 including statutory fees and charges and Crystalite ColourGuard finish and EvoHeat Active-I 17kw heat pump. If the winner chooses a different pool and/or surface finish and heat pump and the total contract value exceeds the value of the prize the winner will be required to pay the balance. If the total contract value is less than the value of the prize, no upward adjustment or credit will be given.

Standard pool inclusions apply. All additional costs outside of the Standard Inclusions will need to be paid by the winner, including but not limited to any engineering works, temporary fencing, piles/grouting, tip fees, boarding protection to pavers, plank & mesh/plank & board (house under construction), hard/limited access dig, cranage upgrades, general fees & amending of services, road closures for cranage if required, separate fencing applications (for some shires).

Standard SPASA swimming pool contract terms & conditions will apply.

To be a valid entrant, the entrant must:
- Be a permanent resident of Australia, currently residing in Western Australia.
- Be the legal property owner of the residence in which the pool will be installed.
- Be 18 years of age or over.

The competition is valid for pools installed in the Perth metro area only, with the metro area encompassing Dawseville to the South, Yanchep to the North and Mundaring to the East.
