This indoor L-shaped public pool was the first of its kind to be located in Mandurah. The brief was for a fully heated, large main lap pool 25m long by 10m wide as well as a 4m long hydrotherapy pool with a powerful water blower and jets. Finishes included racing lanes, waterline tiles, reconstituted limestone bullnose headers and four grab rails with steps and tread finish.
