Requirements:
Liaison with architects for design. Construction of concrete swimming pool, spa pool and water features for lobby and main entrance. Pool size is 10m x 5m with a constant depth of 1.2m and is fully tiled in 50mm blue mosaic tiles. Four skimmer boxes are located on terrace level with water overflowing and cascading into the lower level – enhanced at night by both underwater and fibre optic lighting.
